Claude Billit via Peliqan
Which customers owe me money right now, and how much is open per customer?

€48,350 is open across 23 customers. The three largest:

CustomerOpenOldest invoice
Van Hoecke NV€9,80041 days overdue
Bakkerij Janssen€6,15012 days overdue
Acme Retail Logistics€5,40033 days overdue
Which of those are more than 30 days overdue?

Van Hoecke NV and Acme Retail Logistics, €15,200 in total.

Van Hoecke NV just paid €9,800. Register the payment.

Done. The €9,800 payment is registered in Billit, and Van Hoecke NV has no open invoices left.

Example figures. On your account it runs on your own Billit data.

Getting answers out of Billit takes too many clicks

Billit handles your invoicing and e-invoicing. A quick question about it still means filters and exports.

Every question means an export

"Which customers owe me money?" turns into filters, an export and a spreadsheet.

Billit is half the picture

Your bank, accounting package and webshop sit outside Billit. Real questions need them side by side.

Trends need years of invoices

Comparing this quarter with last year means pulling every invoice from both periods.

Building your own takes code

A do-it-yourself MCP server means REST code, API key handling and hosting.

One MCP server for Billit and 300+ other apps

Peliqan syncs Billit into its built-in data warehouse and gives your AI one MCP server.

Read and write

Ask, then act

Ask about invoices, customers, suppliers and products. Then create and send invoices, register payments or update customers.

Synced copy

Questions run as SQL

Invoices, invoice lines, customers, products and documents become tables, so one question can cover years of data.

300+ apps

Billit plus the rest

Join Billit with your bank file, Exact Online, HubSpot or any other connected app in one question.

Your API key stays with us

Peliqan holds the Billit API key, so your AI app and the AI vendor never see it.

What your AI can read and write

Peliqan syncs these Billit tables into its data warehouse. Changes go straight to Billit.

How it works

A synced copy for questions, the API for changes

  • Questions don't touch Billit

Your AI's questions run as SQL on the copy in Peliqan's data warehouse, so big questions across years don't load Billit.

  • Changes go back through writeback

When your AI creates an invoice or updates a customer, Peliqan sends it to Billit's API, within your own Billit access rights.

  • Answers as fresh as the last sync

Peliqan syncs Billit into the data warehouse on a schedule, so answers reflect the last sync.

Set up in three steps

Nothing to install, and no code to write.

Step 1

Connect Billit

Enter your Billit API key and a start date for the history you want. See the Billit setup guide.

Step 2

Add Peliqan to your AI

One click for Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, or add https://mcp.peliqan.io/mcp as a custom connector.

Step 3

Ask your first question

For example: "Which customers owe me money right now, and what is the total per customer?"

Billit MCP, answered

What is a Billit MCP server?
It is a Model Context Protocol server that lets AI apps such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini answer questions about your Billit data and create invoices, register payments and update customers. Peliqan runs one for you, so there is nothing to install or host.
Does Billit have its own MCP server?
Yes. Billit runs its own read-only MCP server that you connect with your Billit login, and it is a good fit for quick lookups in Billit. Peliqan adds writes back to Billit, a synced copy in a data warehouse, your products and documents, and 300+ other apps in the same server.
How do I connect Billit to Claude or ChatGPT?
Start a free trial on Peliqan and enter your Billit API key and a start date for the history you want to sync. Then add Peliqan to your AI app: one click for Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, or add https://mcp.peliqan.io/mcp as a custom connector. ChatGPT needs a paid plan for custom MCP connectors.
Which Billit data can the AI see?
Invoices, credit notes and offers, invoice lines, customers and suppliers, products, documents and your account details, synced into Peliqan's data warehouse.
Can the AI create or change records in Billit?
Yes. Your AI can create, update and send invoices, credit notes and offers, register payments, create, update and delete customers and suppliers, create products, and make other Billit API calls. Every write runs within your own Billit access rights, and you can switch writeback off per connection.
Will AI questions slow down Billit?
No. Questions run as SQL on the synced copy in Peliqan's data warehouse, not on the Billit API. Only the scheduled syncs and the changes you ask for call Billit.
Is my Billit data secure?
Peliqan is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant and hosted on AWS in Frankfurt. Peliqan holds your Billit API key, so your AI app never sees it.
What does it cost?
Peliqan MCP costs €15 per connection per month, with a 7-day free trial and no card needed. There is no charge per user, but each connection belongs to one user.
