As an Integration Specialist and Product Manager, you will build, deploy, and manage data and API integration projects for multiple customers while owning the Reverse ETL solution within the Peliqan platform. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical delivery with product ownership — you will shape how data flows from warehouses back into business applications at scale.

Your Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy data integration projects (ELT and Reverse ETL) for customers across industries
• Own the Reverse ETL product roadmap: define features, prioritize the backlog, and drive delivery
• Configure and troubleshoot API-based connectors, webhooks, and data sync pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering to improve connector reliability, error handling, and monitoring
• Document integration patterns, best practices, and runbooks for internal and customer use
• Manage multiple customer integration projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into product requirements and user stories
• Stay current with the ETL/Reverse ETL ecosystem (Fivetran, Airbyte, Census, Hightouch) and identify competitive positioning

What Makes You a Great Candidate
• 3+ years of experience in data/API integrations, ETL pipelines, or Reverse ETL
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, JSON/XML transformations, and data mapping
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Postgres)
• Background in technical product management or technical project management
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms or iPaaS tools (e.g. Workato, Tray.io, Zapier, or similar)
• Excellent organizational skills — comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel
• Strong communication skills; able to interface with both technical teams and business users
• Experience in a SaaS or data platform company is a strong asset
• Dutch speaking is a plus
