Peliqan is a highly scalable and secure all-in-one data platform with AI-first ELT, transformations, and reverse ETL. As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead larger customer onboarding and delivery projects, align communication across a multi-country team, and help build a strong Professional Services practice around data connectivity, analytics, and data engineering. You will be the primary point of accountability for complex implementations, ensuring customers realize value quickly and become long-term advocates for Peliqan.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding and implementation projects, from scoping through go-live
• Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables; manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise and mid-market customers during implementation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, data engineering, and customer success in multiple countries
• Establish and refine delivery methodologies, templates, and playbooks for repeatable success
• Help build and scale the Professional Services practice: define service offerings, pricing, and resource planning
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities during delivery engagements
• Report on delivery KPIs (time-to-value, customer satisfaction, project margin) to leadership
• Mentor junior delivery team members and contribute to hiring for the services team

What Makes You a Great Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery, consulting, or professional services in the data/analytics space
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects
• Background in analytics engineering, data consulting, BI, or data platform implementations
• Strong team leadership and coordination skills, especially in distributed or multi-country environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at both technical and executive levels
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday) and methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2)
• Understanding of the modern data stack (ELT, data warehousing, BI tools, Reverse ETL)
• Experience building or scaling a Professional Services function is a strong asset
• Dutch speaking is a plus
