GDPR
Peliqan is in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GDPR is a regulation that requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of EU citizens for transactions that occur within EU member states.
The regulation allows EU citizens to request all the information a company has saved on them, in addition to requesting that all personal information is removed from a company’s systems and any subprocessors who have handled their data.

SOC 2 Type 2
Peliqan is SOC 2 Type II compliant, demonstrating our commitment to the highest standards of security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. SOC 2 Type II measures how well a service organization manages customer data based on five Trust Service Criteria.
Unlike Type 1 reports that assess controls at a specific point in time, Type 2 reports evaluate the operational effectiveness of those controls over a minimum six-month period. This provides assurance that Peliqan consistently maintains robust security practices.

Peliqan is in the process of finalizing its ISO 27001:2022 certification, the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). CCPA
Peliqan complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which provides enhanced data rights to California residents and governs how businesses collect, use and share personal information.
