Job opening: Strategic go-to-market manager (international expansion)

We’re scaling Peliqan across borders. UK, USA, Nordics, France — we need a strategist to lead the way.

Peliqan is looking for a Strategic Go-To-Market Manager to architect and drive our international expansion. You’ll work alongside the founders and our external advisor to define how Peliqan enters and grows in new markets — with precision, focus, and scalability.

This is not a sales role. It’s a strategic position for someone who knows how to turn market insights into actionable frameworks, set priorities, and align teams for successful execution.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and refine Go-To-Market strategies for each target market.
  • Translate market research into clear strategic decisions: where to play, how to win.
  • Define market-specific positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies.
  • Build scalable frameworks for lead generation, partnerships, and reseller models.
  • Align internal teams (product, marketing, sales) with the international roadmap.
  • Guide and coordinate the efforts of our external advisor (MRR BV) and monitor progress.
  • Identify key hires needed per market and support recruitment processes.
  • Set up reporting structures, KPIs, and feedback loops to continuously optimize our approach.
  • Advise founders on strategic priorities, risks, and opportunities as we scale.

What makes you a great candidate

  • 5+ years experience in strategic roles: Go-To-Market, Business Strategy, or Growth within B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record in international expansion — ideally across multiple regions.
  • Strong analytical mindset: you base decisions on data, insights, and market dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and partnership ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills — you know how to align diverse teams and external partners.
  • Fluent in English; French or Nordic languages are a plus.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment where strategy and execution go hand-in-hand.
  • You’re proactive, structured, and know when to challenge assumptions.
